It as been an interesting ride moving to Branson, MO. We had a very short timeline and Veterans United made it possible to move right in!

I was really scared at first about buying my first home. But the whole process has been super easy when it came to Veterans united and Allison. I would give more than a 10 but that's the max allowed. They are truly 100%.

Abbie and Anthony walked barefoot over hot coals, crawled on broken glass and jumped through flaming hoops for me. They are the best. Abbie even got a last minute review and waiver for me for a new VA regulation that dropped 2 days before we closed. She also somehow got a circuit court judge to write a letter on closing day to allow us to close because our builder did not get the required inspections done in time...SUPERHEROES.
Everyone @VU (Veterans United) I spoke with are some of the best people I’ve ever met and I’ve met allot of people in my life! Mary, Jakob. Koleen and Adam(with VU Insurance) were in total professionals proving their dedication and commitment to making my purchase of a home possible! Having allot of life experiences I watch what people do (their Actions) not the words. I can honesty say that all of the above proved by their actions they were dedicated, committed and resilient. I need to add that they all were compassionate which is a quality hard to find in some organizations. We really appreciate all of the hard work and effort everyone put in to make our dream of homeownership come true. The only thing we would recommend to be different is to give a better understanding to first time home buyers before doing anything. We would have liked to know a little more about some benefits that may have been available or overlooked as first timers.
As a first time home buyer, i was worried that I wasn’t going to get a good deal. After talking to three different lenders, Veterans United was my final pick. They really do what they say setting you up with the best rates compared to others. Very honest and informative company!
