BTW! I got to see my buyers loan information and I was shocked at the fees and charges they paid to borrow money. Thank you VA lending. A hugh savings and such good attention.
We switched to Josie's team with VU while already under contract, and for good reason. Not only were they able to get us lower costs at closing, but Josie and everyone we worked with at VU made sure that we had absolutely everything we needed to be successful and feel prepared throughout the process of buying our first home. Their communication was phenomenal and really helped put us at ease. Josie and her team are absolutely top notch and we're so glad we were able to work with them.
