Fairly easy process with all parties involved, I should have done more of my own research but all in all I was kept informed every step of the way, and appreciate the patience and guidance from everyone I worked with.
I truly don’t know where to start. From the pre-qualification our Veterans United team helped guide us in raising our credit score. They never forgot about us and kept us in the loop in our progress and guiding us to be able to get pre-qualification. Once we got the pre-qualification, we were pre-approved and I met our team who I cannot thank enough. From beginning to end our team was always professional, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. It seemed like the cards were stacked against us but our team did an excellent job in overcoming the obstacles. I am truly so grateful for our incredibly hardworking team.

Would highly recommend and will use again when rates drop
We started and stopped on two house prior to this one I believe. I felt bad the persons who did work on those and then those homes fell through. But no one complained or said a word about it. They just went to the next house and did a great job..
