This is the greatest week of my life being a homeowner now just makes just a little more believable because I believe I had the greatest team in my homebuying process with Dustin, Nathaniel, and Ben. I have nothing bad to say about this home buying process. Everything, from start to finish, was easy and even fun at times. Whatever Veterans United is doing... keep it up!
The only thing I wish I would have had is a breakdown of how to make my mortgage payments when I went to close, while it’s not that big of a deal and I will call and get the info, it’s nice to have it on paper when you close so nothing slips your mind.
Enjoyed working with my team: Zach, Nichole, and Jayme. There were a few bumps in the road and processes that had to be repeated due to a system error or third party confusion, but at no time did I ever feel alone in this process. I had access to my team through emails, text, and direct phone numbers. If one team member was not there to answer mt request, another team member would reply to me. When I asked for one of the team to call me, within a few minutes, I got a phone call. And if any of them were busy on the phone with another veteran, I received a text or email that they would call me when they were available. Veterans United, thank you for the opportunity to show me the true process (step by step) of home ownership. I thank God for my team and grateful for all the help, assistance, and even jokes along the way.

The home buying experience is a stressful one! The staff at Veterans United was available for questions, touched base at every step and made sure I understood what was happening. Very nice people! I will highly recommend them!
When we got started with Veterans United our Loan Office Mike Rahmoeller treated like friends, and was very, very patient with how long we took to find a house to buy.We had no idea of how much paperwork is involved. Mike and his team explained each step. And, in addition to treating my wife and me so well, the realtor and closing group commented on how professionally the sale was handed.
