From my first contact with Veterans United I have been extremely pleased with everyone I came in contact with. I started with the credit department which quickly cleared me to the loan department....I was advised from the beginning how each step in the process would get me to closing. I can honestly say, everything fell into place quickly. Jamie Hughes and Julian Dale worked their magic and had me ready to close on time! The portal system was great...it was easy to upload and add documents required! All in all this was the easiest home purchase I have had. Again, I can't say enough about this awesome team! Nathan and his team were nothing short of outstanding. They were always very easy to get in contact with, and worked tirelessly to get my family and I the home we wanted. We worked together for over a year and half, and there never was a time that I felt like they weren't doing everything they could to get me what I wanted.
