I am so glad that Veterans United was the lender that I ended up patronizing. My whole experience took about a year to find the right house and get through the loan process. But, It was minimally stressful. If there were moments that I felt stressed, talking to Ross about my concerns was always the answer. He was helpful in every aspect when it came to being able to get past any challenges. Overall, things went pretty smoothly. I have to mention Jim Lowery, who was the loan coordinator. He was kind and so helpful. I recommend Veterans United whole heartedly. They will bend over backwards to help you get through the mortgage process and into your house.

Veterans United was very easy to work with. As first time home buyer, a lot of this process was new to me. I liked how I was set up with a whole team for which I had easy access to throughout the process. Their online portal contained easy to follow "To-Do" checklists for each step in the home buying process. I received links to instructional videos which were very helpful in explaining important aspects of the home buying process. If I felt those videos were not enough, I was always able to contact and speak directly with my Loan Officer and was always able to get all my questions answered. We are very happy with our home purchase and I would definitely work with this group again.
I truly am grateful for all the help and patience and beyond that , finding what was best financially for me!
