Our loan officer, Josh Jennet, went above and beyond, was always super quick at answering any questions we may have, even after hours. There were several hiccups along the way, but everyone was so patient and efficient, helping us get thru them and close in a timely manner. This is our second house with Veterans United, and we are already looking forward to a third one in a few more years!

Over all our experience was very pleasant. Good communication, on behalf of John's team-- Rob was helpful. Our real estate agent needs improvement. She was not as proactive finding our home. We did the research & located it via the internet.
