As a first time home buyer, the home buying process was like learning a new language. But with a solid team like Neil’s, it was like having your own interpreter. The Vets United team had a LOT on their plate for several reasons. #1. We moved from a different state and were always busy with packing etc. THEY (VU) took care of everything for us and made it very simple to deal with them (and all the document) at our very limited convience. #2. The sellers agent was a problem. Very much non-communicative and she literally moved the goal posts a couple of times that cause everyone involved tremendous stress. The VU team handled it in stride and even went so far to communicate with us, that "we will get through this". Lastly - the gift of the engraved glasses was very much appreciated. THANK YOU V.U.
The entire team was really great at communicating with us. They were thorough in asking questions and receiving them as well. They provided valuable resources when needed and answered or returned our calls promptly and with a positive attitude.
