They explained everything in great detail which I very much appreciated because I did not have any idea where to start or how to start. Overall it was a positive experience working with Veterans United. Tate was friendly and personable and made sure we understood the process.
My only feedback would be for the website user experience in the "To-Do" list. Please, add a button that simply allows you to upload documents without clicking through the "To-Do" list to figure out where it goes. As the payer, I shouldn't have to be the one that sorts documents into the correct folder. That should be done by the loan team since they are the ones that ultimately make the decision on whether or not my documents are sufficient. Other than this small bit of frustration, the entire experience was much better than I've experienced with other loan companies.
