I am very grateful to be part of the VU family. The loan process is very easy. Only thing I would tell people is to ask for your rate to be locked since the market is so unstable and they don't automatically do it. I would however highly recommend them since they make your buying process as easiest as it can be. I had all the information I needed as far as internet providers in my area, water, electric, sewer, trash, gas, insurance, home security to forwarding your mail with on click. Plus the beautiful little gifts they send to you as you start you home buying experience.
If you want an easy process, this is your team. While being separated by six time zones we were treated as if we were right down the street. Justin and his team were always there to answer everything we needed and never made us feel as we were just another customer. Would recommend his team to anyone who is serious about wanting a smooth buying process.
