Before we started this process to buy the house, we knew nothing about the process. As new homeowners, buying a house was incredibly overwhelming. From those doing the undersigning to those helping find utilities, security, and internet, it was reassuring to know there were people who were eager to help us!

Overall it was a good experience. There were some challenges with communication at times as the loan coordinator would miss emails and sometimes ask for things that had already been sent to her. This did cause some delays in things getting done. Other than that, I would definitely use Veterans United again and I would recommend it to others.
This was our first time buying a house and just to make it interesting, we did it you of state. When the first state didn't work out, we changed states and all new locations. Despite all those changes and new variables, the team never faltered in their assistance. If another new house is ever in our future, I know exactly where to go for help!
