The loan officer did not communicate as needed. I was never made aware of when we had a conditional approval, cleared to close, or a closing date and time was picked. I only knew how the loan was going by going to the website and seeing what was going on. The pending to do items (if any) were sent to my realtor so he can ask me for me. Which did not make sense to me. I never received a call from a processor, loan officer, closer etc. The loan process was smooth as I stayed on top of it by providing most (if not all items needed) at the very beginning. It is important to hear either from the loan officer or his team throughout the process. And not just rely on the realtor doing the communication with the borrower.
I am extremely happy I chose Veterans United and will recommend their services to anyone whom I know is trying to finance a home.

This is my second house with veterans united and I am very happy with there service and attentiveness
My only complaint was because Florida has so many different rules compared to other states there was some miscommunication. But we managed to get things taken care of.
