Everyone on the team did their part and more to help us through the process of buying our home. Going in we were stressed about buying our first home but the team did an outstanding job in helping us feel better. Even after buying our house we know we can go to them with anything we need.
Waste of money paying people who don’t do anything for the customer. Justin was good until the last two weeks and then gave up on me- probably because the deal was done at that point- very disappointing. never heard from him the week of closing or after. Christie Thomason, set a very negative tone with the voice mail comment early and never had up to date information. Becca Terry, provided nothing.
Don’t see a need I referring Veterans united for all the over paid staff and a loan officer who never followed up with important closing rate information.
What started out as a promising experience was a total let down other thanAdrienne Schatzline- great person and very professional!

I’ve always heard that going through the home buying process is a hassle. Working with Veterans United proved otherwise. They did a tremendous job and it was surprisingly simple and hassle free. This is my first time buying a house and everything went smoothly. Everyone on the team was available, got back to me in a quick time, answered any questions I had, and clearly explained things I did not understand. I will definitely be using them for my next house!

Just when you think more mistakes could not be made, Veterans United will surprise you with something absurd. They made buying a home miserable and treated us like we were dishonorable people trying to game a system. Our integrity was scrutinized in more ways than I thought possible. They made this personal early on in the process and never looked back. Do not question my integrity and expect to be on my team. I chose them because they were featured in an article as being one of the best, I spent the weeks following wondering how that could be true.

My personal loan officer, Emmy Fry, and her whole team at Veterans United provided a consumer experience simply not seen in recent years. Their work ethic, professionalism and genuine personal investment in providing a seemless positive outcome was in a word, impressive. These days, and I think a lot of folks feel this way, it’s hard to trust just about anything, never once did I feel lied to or taken advantage of, that’s a rare and wonderful feeling.
