They made everything easy to understand and uploading the documents to the VU website with your account was unbelievably fast and easy as well secure! I would recommend VU to all homebuyers!

No need to shop around, Veterans United is a worry free company to use when you want your home! We felt like family by the time of the final underwriting process arrived. Such a great group of people to have handle such an important financial task.
It was not a good experience. Everything was late and constantly sending more and more online forms. When you call them you will not reach them. You have to wait for them to call you and many times are realtor would have to hunt them down.

Absolutely, the experience with Jen was above and beyond!! Never had a second thought about reaching out to Jen with questions, help filling out the To do list or anything else that came up I was not sure of.
