Asli was great! She had solutions too problems with our seller that definitely helped get over hurdles that would have delayed our closing. We closed on time and in the end it was because Asli went above and beyond to stay on top of the loose ends and get problems resolved.
The team took control and conquered every situation. Every hiccup and speed bump was dealt with swiftly and efficiently and they were able to provide my family a home within a couple of weeks since contract date. Very communicable on every step they needed me to complete. Super thankful for Yohannes and Nathan and Brooke for staying with us the entire time
VU provided outstanding service and assistance through out our purchasing experience,

The overall process was more tedious than other VA lenders and the appraiser’s they use do not do their jobs. A $700 appraisal still had the VA buyer have to go out and take pictures of smoke alarms.

VA appraisers are independent and sometimes need additional proof, like photos of smoke alarms, to meet the VA’s requirements.
