Asli was great! She had solutions too problems with our seller that definitely helped get over hurdles that would have delayed our closing. We closed on time and in the end it was because Asli went above and beyond to stay on top of the loose ends and get problems resolved.

I was juggled from multiple loan officers who work with Trey. They asked for the same information multiple times, never once talked to me personally except when I called demanding action. Five days before my closing my loan officer disappeared and said in a blanket email he would return the day of my closing. I had asked for a remote closing and continued to hear lip service comments like they were working on it and then they disappeared for the duration. In my opinion Trey was not following up on my account until I complained about how unhappy I was. They used a tit;e company who lied to my agent about speaking to me the day before my closing. Then I got a call at 7am Montana time to ask me if I was ready for my closing. I would never recommend Veterans United if this is how you run your mortgage department.

My loan officer was very nice and worked around my schedule, I was really happy he was able to accommodate. The reason it was not a 10/10 is because with your pre approval you don't get any information on your loan rate. Also, the rates are borderline a scam, I understand you need to make money as a business but you forget we fight for freedom to have a business. 6.1% with a 718 in today's market is ridiculous. To be clear the only reason I did not drop you guys is because my loan officer was putting in so much effort.
