Our loan team was phenomenal! Cedric, Tyler, and Jared were attentive, personable, professional, and communicative. When we had questions, they had answers. If there were any speed bumps in the road, they communicated early instead of waiting until the 11th hour. We closed on time on our dream property and are excited to see what the next chapter in our lives brings.
My wife and I was and still is impressed with the customer service and help in buying our first home using Veterans United services. The care and respect given to veterans is platinum. They seem to care for the whole veteran and not just a number. Ryan, Annie, Adam, and Maria were great. Anytime I had a question they were quick to answer. They made this process easy and less stressful. I appreciated how they remembered things I said and sent a personable gift right before closing. I also enjoyed laughing every time Annie and I were able to speak things happening into existence just by one of us asking if we could get a hold of someone. A+ team. Would definitely recommend them.

Veterans United will be the anchor - the rock - that maintains your excitement in buying a home. Home buying, to me, was an experience that could have been ripped from the script of Dante's Inferno, somewhere near Limbo. There was so much uncertainty, but Veterans United personnel, like Chad, Ryan, and others which were equally helpful, assured me that the train was on the tracks, and headed in the right direction. Heaping praise on them is nice, but what is truly important is to know that they are highly trained, and very good at their jobs! Trusting them is all that I needed to do in order for the weight of the experience to be lifted from my shoulders, and for joy to be the dominate force.When Veterans United pairs you with a professional, that person is there to serve veterans like like you, me, and in at least one case, their selves.
