Ryan and his team were amazing!! I had an unusual retirement situation that they were able to handle and get my loan approved with very little issues! I have now signed off on my forever home thanks to Ryan and the VU team!! I have nothing but great things to say about my experience!!

My wife and I was and still is impressed with the customer service and help in buying our first home using Veterans United services. The care and respect given to veterans is platinum. They seem to care for the whole veteran and not just a number. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and if I had a question it was not a bother them if I called several times a day or throughout the week. And I fill that we had the best team Veteran United has. Awesome is defined as extremely impressive or daunting; inspiring great admiration, apprehension, or fear. The overall experience was a long but greay one, thanks to all the people, Kedric, Morgan, Lin, Collin, Adrian, and, Michelle that helped and guided us through this process...they all did a wonderful job.

First off, Andrew Beckett was the star of the show. He was the most honest, upfront, and just genuinely cool guy. He answered every question and responded almost instantly every time I reached out, even when he was on vacation! Veterans United and the team they gave was top tier and my wife and I will definitely use them again!
Working with James Walrod at Veterans United was an excellent experience from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help us purchase our dream home, navigating obstacles with professionalism and clear communication. Veterans United will be the anchor - the rock - that maintains your excitement in buying a home. Home buying, to me, was an experience that could have been ripped from the script of Dante's Inferno, somewhere near Limbo. There was so much uncertainty, but Veterans United personnel, like Chad, Ryan, and others which were equally helpful, assured me that the train was on the tracks, and headed in the right direction. Heaping praise on them is nice, but what is truly important is to know that they are highly trained, and very good at their jobs! Trusting them is all that I needed to do in order for the weight of the experience to be lifted from my shoulders, and for joy to be the dominate force.When Veterans United pairs you with a professional, that person is there to serve veterans like like you, me, and in at least one case, their selves.
