Communication was not all that great. As a first time buyer did not understand or was told all the in and out. Also had to fight with every charge and get thing reduced with out much gudieance
This was our first time purchasing a home and were overwhelmed coming into it. The way Ryan and his team broke down everything into a step by step process helped put us at ease. Everyone was proactive in moving our process along. Got us to close in a very fast 22 days. Was amazed with the level of care they offered to my wife and I. Becareful of the home inspection. The VA isn't required to review them. As a result, a person could end up with major issues as I discovered recently. I ended up with as is home with major repairs. I wasn't anticipating. Perhaps the VA Could communicate with the Veteran that they don't review or is it a requirement to do so. Before or during the process.
