Veterans United is GREAT. while the rate was a bit higher than another mortgage company, Veteran's United was much better at communication, and made the whole buying process a-lot easier and less stressful.

You all stood by us through thick and thin. Appreciation is not a kind enough word to describe how well we were treated. At our age(s) 74 & 75)and our limited income, we didn't think we would ever own another house. Mathew and Lindsay are tops! We went through several realty agents who kept trying to get us to use a bank loan until we finally got an agent from "Your Home Sold Guaranteed", David Owensby. I stumbled on to Veteran's United when I began searching for my special retreat/home after retirement. At first I was skeptical about who VU was. I found out they have the backing of several high-level military retirees and they quickly educated me on all the services they could provide. I am super happy with trusting VU to assist me through the process to successful home searching and buying. VU hooked me up with a number of realtors to cover the rocky mountain range that I was searching across. Those realtors were very encouraging in assisting me without requiring a 1:1 contract which would have limited my searching ability and constrained my options. The Loan Officer, Concierge, and others at VU worked well as a team in providing me a seamless process to finding and purchasing my new home. I felt like I had a true advocate on my side every step of the way.

Overall the experience was great. It was extremely convenient to sign everything electronically and not worry about mailing anything. That process was outstanding.
