That led me to a very professional and capable team that took care of me every step of the way.From the loan officer to the working team, with the insurance agent, the underwriters and the concierge, they were all very responsive, transparent and understanding. I would highly recommend this company. It was clear to me the leadership of this organization fostered a customer focus culture. The employees were happy to work there, that came through at every interaction.
