Jerry Landrey, Loan Officer, and Stephanie Sanders, Loan Coordinator, made the process of refinancing go smoothly. Both very professional and always kept me informed (in a very timely manner) about information I needed to provide.

my wife’s name on the deed with no explanation of why it wasn’t done is the main negative I am feeling negative about.

Veterans United is fantastic. I began with less than ideal credit and they helped me raise my credit score through the Lighthouse Program. Once we got the pre-approval, we found our new home in less than a week and settled in less than two months. The entire team was professional and very responsive whenever we had questions. I would highly recommend Veterans United to any Veteran looking to purchase a home.
