Was by far the easiest thing to buy our home with Veterans United with my VA Loan. They are incredibly efficient and made the entire process so easy. They're great communicators and are the web portal was so easy to use and all of my loan packet was easily accessible. 5/5 stars. They really take care of us veterans!!
VU was great at being a one stop shop for all things associated with buying a home using the VA loan. They covered everything from the loan itself, introducing us to a realtor, and took a lot of the stress of moving away.
There was too much back and forth. Everytime I thought I had sent in everything, I was asked to send something else. I also called several times and couldn't reach the person I was calling.

Everyone, all the employees, that have helped me are wonderful. They are polite, diligent, and professional.
First experience buying a home was a challenge for me because of all the documents that was required. I didn't get the first home I put in for because they didn't want me to go into debt trying to pay for it. I was determined to buy a house because I was tired of renting.
