Anne Kuster and her team were great. We had constant communication, updates, and follow-ups. Our close got through ahead of time and all aspects were well coordinated. Anytime she was going to be out she left us at least two other people to contact as backups.

Veterans United Home Loans is an amazing company to assist Veterans like myself in this home buying process. My husband and I have been told that we will not be in a position to purchase a home for a long time by several other home loan programs. We were so discouraged and thought that we will have to rent homes forever. The first time I had contact with Shannon in the Lighthouse Program, I felt a sense of support immediately. Shannon was able to assist us in creating a plan over a 12 month period to move us towards home ownership. Once we were in a position to qualify for a loan, Shannon immediately connected us to a local office to start the process of buying a home. We were able to secure a preapproval in about 2 weeks. Rebekah Emerick was able to assist us in purchasing our first home in about a 60 day time period. The process was surprising painless, and I know that it was all because Rebekah and her team worked extremely hard to make our dreams come true. The only issues we gad were because of the title company Prosperity and their poor lack of communication. Veterans Unity should think twice before using them as they made them look bad. Because I've worked with Veterans United in the past I knew the issues I had were not from them.

The team was very professional. They answered any questions that I had. The process was so seamless. I have never closed on a home in 22 days and this is my fourth home. I have recommended Veterans United to aa couple of dear friends. I am sure they will feel the sane way once the process is over.

10 out of 10 for Shawn! 100% would and have already recommended using Shawn to a friend. I believe he went out of his way to ensure we had exactly what we needed for closing. His communication was outstanding and he was never too busy to answer questions. If you have a “kudos” reward/acknowledgment he absolutely deserves it. I will never have enough good things to say about him. So lucky we got paired up with him.Now, some of your other staff….: like Stephanie Sanders is about as useful as tits on a turtle. She doesn’t return phone calls for starters, even after leaving messages with questions. She kept requesting information that I didn’t have and she was told this (multiple times) I told her I didn’t have the information and I wouldn’t until after a certain time (HELOC paperwork that I could get after closing on that loan which she was given a date for) but kept insisting she needed it, in a an email that was shared with the sellers agent (which I did not appreciate) because that realtor was able to use against me, making me look like I wasn’t doing anything. Seriously, who does that. Stephanie would be the only person who would make me tell others to stay away from your company. She’s completely and utterly useless.But, to close on a happy note, totally appreciated Shawn. He was absolutely fantastic!
