So I want to say thank you to everyone that helped. I did run into an issue during closing that denied my loan due to an issue in underwriting. Chris was able to get it fixed however and everything worked out. I understand issues happen and people make mistake. Honestly a great experience. Everyone was professional and great at their jobs and made it look seamless. Emily and Mason were especially amazing!
It was a joy working with them. My family was actually working with another bank at same time trying for the pre-approval so I could put in offers and they got me the pre-approval without invasive questions at that stage that the other company seemed to ask before even considering pre-approval.
