VU was very helpful and even covered a few thousand in rate extension fees and some underestimations in the final disclosure. They helped forward mail, setup utilities and had partner deals on home security, internet, etc. Overall, very helpful throughout the process and ended up getting exactly what we needed - a house - with only a few thousand out of pocket! Randy was awesome.
Chance (and Tyler) worked so hard to keep us on track with the loan process. We had many questions because we were first time home buyers but he remained patient with us and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and stayed positive the whole time. I cannot thank Chris & Landon enough for their phenomenal work. They got us to the closing table in less than 30 days! Their proactive approach meant everything was provided to underwriting immediately, which was a huge help as I was using a POA from out of the area. No hiccups at all. Second time using VU and they still manage to impress me with their efficiency and professionalism.

It's been 30 years since I bought a house, and it felt somewhat overwhelming. With that being said, everyone involved, from the real estate agent, to the concierge, to the loan team and legal folks....it was all fairly painless. It was professionally handled. Everyone involved kept my blood pressure in check and kept me very well informed every step of the way!

Everything about our home buying experience with Veterans United was exceptional. It started with Conner who helped us get our credit in order, he spent so much time directing me and talking things through and guided us the whole way.
