They asked for the same information over and over again causing extreme stress to an already stressful process. Some of the staff supporting us were very helpful, others would not return our calls and appeared to be very disorganized. This led to our having little confidence in the organization.If we had any choice, I would have changed lenders, but we would have lost the house we were trying to purchase, so we were stuck

Chance (and Tyler) worked so hard to keep us on track with the loan process. We had many questions because we were first time home buyers but he remained patient with us and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and stayed positive the whole time. There are times we doubted ourselves but he believed in us and helped us all the way to the very end. We truly appreciate the team's hard work in helping us make our dreams come true! A shout out also to Sam who helped us bring our credit to a good spot so we can get started.

We weren't working with a realtor yet, so he even arranged a meeting with a local realtor in the Norfolk area. She was fantastic, and they worked together seamlessly throughout the entire process! Phil was so quick to get back to us, answer questions, and was always thorough in his explanations and updates. He worked on several hurdles to get us into the final closing, and went to great lengths to ensure that we were in our new home before Christmas! We really appreciate all of his team's hard work. I would give it a 10, but there was quite a bit of back-and-forth due to the underwriters demands. Notwithstanding, my loan officer, Kapil, did his level best to run interference and was able to make everything work.
Tyler Salter is absolutely one of the best people I know. He made this experience the best and we went through a lot during this process. He made it so much better, was always upbeat and positive. I gained a true friend in this experience. Veterans United is a better place for having him as a employee.
My entire experience with veterans united and the team assigned to me honestly could not have gone better. At a time where my life was in a really difficult place they absolutely made this the least stressful it possibly could’ve been. I am extremely grateful. Kenny and Matt were so kind and Honestly felt like a huge support system for me and my son in a hard time.
Honestly, remove the "super duper secure" line when asking people to verify their identity when using the app... It's embarrassingly childish (at least to me)
