I would recommend Veterans United to anyone wanting to purchase a home with a VA loan. They are the best for a reason. I thought it wasn't going to happen for me and my family. Veterans United worked hard to make sure my family got the home we wanted.

I like how the process works especially for first time home buyers. Kenny and his team are amazing at their work and able to communicate back and forth with me. From the time of submitting all the necessary paperwork 'til the end, it was a lot to work with. Everything was a smooth sail, but the underwriting process needed to be at least 2 weeks prior to the closing date. I was working with at least a week, starting from the weekend, but was notified to submit extra paperwork such as a name issue that was a letter off. That took about a few days to complete, but requesting for an expedite process took some time. I didn't get a free to close until the day before my closing date. That was stressful because I had multiple plans and took Leave for my closing date. However, we are overall happy that we were able to complete the entire process on time!
Corey was the best professional I ever worked with, as a first time buyer we helped out so much with explaining everything and quick responses!

Very helpful throughout the entire process. Their app made doing all of the required paperwork very fast and easy. They communicated effectively and were always willing to explain anything I had questions about.

It went really well. The entire team was extremely professional, and dedicated to making the process as easy as possible for me. It was very fluid, and very much stress-free. All direction I was given was very clear and concise, and when questioned for further information, I was provided with very thorough and specific answers. I never had an issue with getting in contact with my loan officer or coordinator. Or any part of the team. And even with me getting deployed near the end of the entire process, they were very accommodating and understanding, and continue to work with me through time changes and everyone’s busy schedule. Not only would I suggest veterans United, I already have already referred Veterans United, and I plan on using them again in the future.

the team we had knew what they were doing, and when it needed to be done. not to mention had the patience needed to deal with first time homebuyers who had absalutley no idea what they were getting into. it was a pleasant surprise to find individuals who were not irritated by stupid questions at all hours. They worked awesome together. it was a relief not to have to deal with inner office strife. They all went above and beyond for us, stuck with us through meltdowns and celebrated with us when the keys landed in our hands. I would do it again!!!!
It's hard for me to not come to tears when writing how I feel about my experience with Veterans United and their partners. About 15 feet away my daughter is sleeping soundly in her new room. The joy on her face since I was handed the keys to our new home has given me a relief I have not had in years. It's been a hard road from when I left the Army with severe PTSD and physical injuries. I never could have imagined this experience turning out as great as it has. Veterans United didn't just help me put a roof over our head. They made me feel proud of my service, empathized with my mistakes and recognized how much hard work I have put in to provide a better life for my daughter. If you have doubts, like I did in the beginning, make a phone call. They will let you know exactly where you stand and exactly what you will have to do to achieve home ownership. They never once made me feel less than because of my mistakes. They only provided solutions on how to resolve them. I will wrap this up in saying, if you choose Veterans United you will not be disappointed. If you want to be treated with the respect you earned serving in the military, you will find it at Veterans United. Highly recommended, especially for those of you like me, who have been working hard to reverse damage from past mistakes.
