Chance (and Tyler) worked so hard to keep us on track with the loan process. We had many questions because we were first time home buyers but he remained patient with us and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and stayed positive the whole time. There are times we doubted ourselves but he believed in us and helped us all the way to the very end. We truly appreciate the team's hard work in helping us make our dreams come true! Tyler Salter is absolutely one of the best people I know. He made this experience the best and we went through a lot during this process. He made it so much better, was always upbeat and positive. I gained a true friend in this experience. Veterans United is a better place for having him as a employee.
Mike is the best. He went above and beyond to make it happen quickly and correctly.
My loan officer Ben Choi did not communicate well. Went on vacation/leave and put someone in his place that wasn’t licensed, and could not answer questions. Mason Radcliffe was terrible as well. All over the place. Had to beg to receive phone calls from both. Didn’t give me the correct cash to close until signing day, and even then it was still wrong. They ruined my first home buying experience.
