Chance (and Tyler) worked so hard to keep us on track with the loan process. We had many questions because we were first time home buyers but he remained patient with us and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and stayed positive the whole time. Everything was fine for the most part. The only concern I had was some of the paperwork didn’t get updated until the last minute. This led to confusion over us providing a down payment, which needed more paperwork. This all occurred after cleared to close and led to delays in the final underwriting process. It did not affect our final timeline, but definitely added more stress at the end.
