The only thing I would change about your process is to advertise the actual interest rates rather than the lowest that could be purchased with points, I found that misleading. Everything else was a really good experience.
Pray that any other agent and loan team are as good as these are if you not get them! If you do, count your blessings as they will see you through. Cara Chamberlain, Brandon Tiefenauer, and Steve Streichler are amazing. They were able to help me through the impossible and with style too.

Loan officer was amazing and very respectful and responsive to any issues
If you are veteran wanting to purchase a home, Veterans United is the only way to go. I was apprehensive about VA home loans, talked to my loan officer Ginny Young who answered every question I had. Of course every concern I had was unfounded. They also have a concierge team helping every step of the way. I really can’t say enough, we closed Friday and couldn’t be happier. It was a joy working with them. My family was actually working with another bank at same time trying for the pre-approval so I could put in offers and they got me the pre-approval without invasive questions at that stage that the other company seemed to ask before even considering pre-approval.
