Chance (and Tyler) worked so hard to keep us on track with the loan process. We had many questions because we were first time home buyers but he remained patient with us and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and stayed positive the whole time. I would like to know how relators are picked for VU. Rather than that everyone else who worked with VU actually helped me purchase my first home. Again, because i cant say it enough. The relators that are hired by VU are the ISSUE.
Tony, Jake and Lauren did amazing. They were always on top of things, left simple instructions and processed all paperwork very timely and professional. They were all a pleasure to work with and they were super fast. I have heard stories about home buying that may have some people scared to sell their home. But I assure you that wasn't the case for me. After submitting the proper paperwork I chose a house and 1 month later I was closing. Thank you guys. 10 out of 10 would refer anyone.
