This was an easy process.
Chance (and Tyler) worked so hard to keep us on track with the loan process. We had many questions because we were first time home buyers but he remained patient with us and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and stayed positive the whole time. There are times we doubted ourselves but he believed in us and helped us all the way to the very end. We truly appreciate the team's hard work in helping us make our dreams come true! A shout out also to Sam who helped us bring our credit to a good spot so we can get started.
Nick Holman and his team did an amazing job. Was available day and night. Answered all questions with professionalism and tenacity. Was able to make buying my first home very simple and easy and allowed me to get the best bang for my buck. I know this review isn’t specifically about him, but he played a major role in making the entire loan process go as smoothly as it did.Throughout everything, Justin was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I was going through a big transition getting out of the military while buying a home, and he made sure I always had a clear understanding of what was going on. Anytime I had questions, he took the time to break things down in a way that was straightforward and easy to follow.What stood out most to me was the level of effort he put in. It never felt like I was just another loan — he genuinely cared about helping me make the best decisions and put me in a good position. He went above and beyond more than once, and that kind of support makes a big difference during a process like this.I’m very thankful for everything Justin did to help me through it. Tyler Salter is absolutely one of the best people I know. He made this experience the best and we went through a lot during this process. He made it so much better, was always upbeat and positive. I gained a true friend in this experience. Veterans United is a better place for having him as a employee.
