Melissa, the transaction coordinator, was on the ball. I was impressed with her work throughout the entire process. Seems rare these days to find that hard-working employee dedicated to the customers end goal exist, and Melissa is one of them.
Realizing this was a difficult issue with us coming from Mexico they did very well. There were a couple of communication weakness. But everyone kept working and the outcome could not have better.

This process was pretty seamless from start to finish. Everything was explained in lay terms and the team was available for questions anytime we had them. If I had a question after hours, all I had to do was send an email and they got right back to us the next day t business day. I would recommend this company to any Veteran who is looking to buy a home.

I knew I was going to go with Veterans United after my first phone call with Nichole. She was extremely easy to talk to. I was able to get all of my questions answered, I was informed about things I was not aware of and it was a pleasant conversation to boot. She as well as the rest of her team, Amber and Kaylyn, maintained this pleasant, informative professionalism throughout the process. It was so comforting knowing I had these three individuals working hard to get me into my first home. The day before closing something came up last minute that looked like it could delay closing. Nichole not only handled herself with the utmost professionalism but she communicated clearly exactly what was going on and made sure her team made the sacrifices necessary to ensure closing would happen on time. It was an over all great experience, the whole team was very helpful answered all my questions, they also gave me tips. And educated me on house purchase which as a first time home buyer it’s very helpful information. I would definitely recommend every single person that worked with me. I am so thankful and feel lucky that I got the team that I got, everything was great from them gathering information, getting me pre approved and even connecting me with a realtor. They always had good communication with me and also between the team. If I had any questions that I would ask my realtor she would send the questions immediately with Rachel. For me it was a longer process due to the time frame I had. Even though I had to wait some time, they kept in touch and see how it was going. Great team nothing else to say but thank you for all the work they do and that if I know any other veterans looking for a home, I will immediately recommend them to my team.
