Prompt, courteous and professional people who make you feel there with you every step of the way and in your corner. Even with all my questions or concerns VU sincerely answered all of them and assured me all aspects for the best loan was being done. First time buyer. Hand was held throughout the entire process and not once did they let go. Made buying a breeze and will definitely be purchasing with Veterans United again in the future.
Third home I have purchased using Mr. Pitts at Veterans United. Due to an unusual circumstance with a seller backing out of a contract with 7 days left before close of escrow, we had to find another home asap. Mr. Pitts and team worked hard and fast to close on another home before we had to vacate our old home we had already sold. Enough cannot be said about Mr. Pitts and team.
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
