Veterans United made my first home buying experience a breeze! Made me regret waiting so long. They helped me get through any kinks in the process without hesitation. Made me feel like a person and not just a “borrower” or an account.
I would like to make it clear that there was one person on our “team” That was helpful, always available, and always honest and open regarding any questions we had during the financing process. This person was Dena Singh. Had she not been a part of this loan process we would have dropped his entire process and went with another private lender. She is an asset, and I would strongly suggest treating her as such. She is the only person who kept this loan viable for us.
Absolute professionals who will take the extra step to make sure you are always informed and taken care of. For my future home loans, I will be using and recommending VU from now on.
At the beginning of the process when starting to look it would have been nice to have a list of the documents that would be required to complete the purchase.

My only frustration throughout the process was the time it took Sarah to respond to emails. She was great when she responded, but I sometimes felt like I was left hanging.
Josh was great! Great with communication and keeping you up to date and on top of things.
Easy process. Friendly, professional, timely communication from everyone who was involved in the process from pre-app to closing. We felt valued and important as clients of the company and staff. The welcome care package and personalized gift also meant a lot to us as it was over and above anything we would have expected.
