I want to give a big shout out to Veterans United and say thank you! You made our family dream come true and made it a reality. In May we started the buying process with a local lender and a few weeks into the process I found out that he was not very familiar with the Va loan process. So I decided to go with Veterans United and boy I'm glad I did. We started the process on June 16th and we closed on July 14th. I had a few obstacles to overcome and the other lender I started with made it look like a very long process but Veterans United took my concerns, listen to me and made the process go smooth. This is my second experience working with Ben and his team. Both were outstanding! He was always available to talk when I needed and talked me through parts I didn’t completely understand right away. I’m not sure what it’s like with other loan officers with other companies because I’ve only used Ben and his team at VU, but can’t imagine I’d ever use any else ever again.
Buying a house is extremely complicated, but Chris and his team were able to help me buy a house even under some extreme circumstances. I recommend Chris Holman and his assistant Marina anytime! The people that work at the VA aren’t just working for paychecks. they actually care!
