From day one until closing on my home everyone at Veteran's United were professional, supportive, always there to answer a question, and take the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. They worked hard to ensure everything was timely, precise, and with good financial numbers (interest, fees, etc).
As a a FSBO buyer, VU made the process seamless. My entire VU team was very responsive and communicated their requirements and needs effectively. Special shout out to my loan officer Evan Mehuys! He worked with us every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure we made smart decisions in the process. To me, this was not a requirement, but shows the commitment of VU staff. I will absolute use VU when we make a future purchase. Thank you for helping our first home become a reality!
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
