Our Veterans United team took away a lot of the stress that comes with home buying. They made it clear they were on our side ready and waiting to answer any and all questions, and to explain the entire process and the paperwork we needed to sign and documents we needed to submit. They were very positive and made us feel like they were in our corner. We have only good things to say about Veterans United. However I highly recommend being picky about what realtor you're paired with, do not just sign whatever the realtor sends you. If the realtor is not forthcoming about paperwork that they are telling you to sign, IMMEDIATELY find a new realtor because they are not looking out for you and your best interests.

Lots of confusing with underwriter with paperwork and dates as well as at final closing I was told I wouldn’t owe anything that day but then had to pay $800 at closing. Would have been great to have had a heads up and have proper info when I asked.

Thw team I worked with understood the process in dealing with VA and the tedious requirements that come with a VA loan. They were on top of everything from start to finish. If I had a question or didn't understand something in the process they were a text email or phone call away. 2 thumbs up 5 stars all the way.
