Great experience
Many things have changed since my first dealings with VetU. Not acknowledging emails, or phone calls. Keeping their word on call backs.
It took longer than expected, due to some hiccups with the appraiser, but they got my refinance done with the money I needed to update the house and pay off some high interest bills. House payment only went up $150 a month so pleased with this.

Vetrans United was phenomenal because their people are phenomenal and their process was easy to follow, step by step. They tell you what you need to do and give you suggestions on how to do it. You do it. You get the loan for your home. I definitely recommend them.
