Veterans United was thorough on what needs to be accomplish with deadlines that were flexible to my work schedule and at the same time if immediate responses were necessary, I was informed ASAP. The loan process was 90% website driven interaction with 10% or less verbal communication by phone. "it's that easy".
Their service in buying a home was flawless. They always followed up with calls, e-mail, and texting throughout the entire process. I was actually in dis-belief in how easy they made the process from start to finish. Me an my wife got the house we wanted, what more can we say. Thanks again.

There was only one weak area about using Veterans United, and that was the Veterans United buying agent. The first buying agent that I had was not in touch with the current market. He was not aggressive and was not very communicative. Once I switched to a different buying agent (not a Veterans United Agent) who is aggressive and in touch with the market, it was smooth sailing with Veterans United!
