This was my second time using Veterans United, and the process of purchasing my second home was as smooth as the first time around. While searching for my second home, two of my friends had mentioned they were unhappy with their lenders and were ready to give up on the house hunt because of their experience. However, both called me back excited and thanked me for recommending VU because they had a fantastic experience and were back on track to buy a home. Andy and his team were AMAZING!
We had a VERY hard time finally closing on a house. We were in and out of escrow 3 times until we finally found a home that passed all the inspections. Andy and his team were so patient and helped us laugh through the process. Unfortunately, due to the time delays we missed out on the lower interest rate but are happy it wasn’t worse. At the end I must say that what made me the happiest and most surprised was when Todd sent me the local VA Hospital and Vet Center info. That was VERT thoughtful and appreciated.
The whole team at Veterans United were fantastic to work with. They were responsive and always available to answer questions. They took the time to explain things I did not understand. And, they worked hard to help me meet my goals. We even were able to close earlier than the anticipated closing date. Great Team!!! 10 out of 10 all around.
