Veterans United aren’t very popular but they should be, at least in my state of Massachusetts. This is where every veteran should go when ready to buy a home. The Teams were great and the service is tailored to the veteran ( his/her ) needs. Shout out to Shane and Nate, they were fantastic helpers. I would totally recommend!

Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. We successfully closed on July 25th, 2022!Tyler (our loan officer) has gone out of his way to make our dream come true. I truly thought this was going to be one of the most difficult, lengthy processes I have experienced, especially as a first time homebuyer. To say the VU Team made everything as easy and seamless as possible is an understatement. From start to finish, the team walked me through every step, answered every question. They made the process so easy, I think we closed in less than a month! It went so fast and easy, it certainly feels like it was less than a month.
