Buying a home is a stressful and possibly difficult process- I feel like Veterans United shouldered the majority of that weight for me. It was surprising how much experience they had; their explanation and handling of the process left very few questions for me to ask- they pushed information to me.I believe this company truly cares for Veterans. The amount of time and resources they put into making my home purchase successful made me feel as if I were paying for a premium service. I cannot say enough positive things about this company!
VU is amazing. I would love to make a video and tell my story. With VU the credit score is not a death sentence it is someone's life story and they actually listen to your story. Unlike other lenders that judged my credit score on the spot, VU wants to know how and why you have such a score and what would you have done better. This is perfect for people like me who went through unfortunate things in life and just trying to seek a second chance. I would give 100 stars if I could :)

He made the process easy and understandable; he returned every phone of which eased my many concerns and maintained a calm/concerned/professional tone with EACH call. Great experience! Fast, reliable and honest people. I really admired how everyone worked as a team and got everything done fast before closing. They respect service members and know our schedules can be chaotic, they flexed and worked with us every step of the way!!

The entire process as well as each member assigned to us were great! It was an extremely smooth home buying experience, especially since this was our first home. The Veterans United team literally assisted us through every single detail starting with finding a realtor and ending with them giving us the details of who the utility companies would be for our new home.
