My advice: Ask lots of questions if you don’t understand something. This is not my first purchase but I noticed things have changed since I last purchased a home. I feel like they have simplified the process. We closed ahead of schedule so that was great!
I would say that Veterans United made this somewhat stressful experience one to enjoy. I initially left a message inquiring about a home I wanted to buy on Saturday and assumed that I would get a response by Monday or later. Within an hour that same day (Saturday) I was on the phone with Wesley and the loan process was started. Smooth, efficient and worthy of your consideration for an amazing experience with Veterans United. I was treated as a valued customer on a first name basis and I’m so happy I found them. If you are a veteran save yourself time AND anxiety AND potential multiple appraisal fees and start with Veterans United. If you are like me an always try to provide what is required immediately when asked and not procrastinate, then your process may be as seamless as mine and your new year's blessing will start at closing as mine have.

5 star rating is not enough to evaluate the service. my journey through process went seamlessly fast and smooth. the attention to detail Mr. Warren and his team provided me security and peace of mind during the journey.
I would really think twice about choosing veterans united. They seem great at first but once you are committed they didn't explain the paperwork - just You have to sign before we can proceed. - when I turned down their homeowners insurance information was withheld delaying obtaining my own insurance with USAA. Now I am stuck with 3.25% interest rate when it should have been 1.9%. I feel like I have been ripped off by a company that pretends to support veterans when they appear to prey on them.
