I purchase my Home with Veteran's United because these are veterans helping veterans they were very knowledgeable and polite in the loan process but what I like most they made sure everything was in order on the home before it was cleared and now we are enjoying our new home thank you Veteran's United
Would have just liked to be more in the loop with everything instead of just going through a portal, signing docs and reading, not really having much explained to me. It was my first home so everything was new to me. Definitely a learning experience

I have done Re-Fi’s with other companies, but this was the most easy and streamlined experience I had l have ever had! The website is amazingly easy to use and clear to understand where you are I. The process and what to expect next. It even gives you a whole page with your entire loan team name picture email and phone number to be able to get your questions answered. Would highly recommend and will use again.
Jessica and her team were wonderful and professional during every step of the process. She was on top iof any needs they had to approve the loan and worked closely with me to get approved. After working with a few other so called VA friendly lenders, Jessica was head and shoulders above.
