Outstanding responsiveness from everyone at Veterans United and I would highly recommend for anyone deciding to move several states away to get a loan to buy a home! The online/Internet abilities add to the ease of the loan process too and it is very important that users are comfortable with a) Daily checking email by using email search for Veterans United emails once your loan application process begins and through final closing-your team at Veterans United will be working to get the job done and you as the client must be as responsive(I know this because my wife was a loan officer and it was she who ensured replies and response to requests and neither of us had ever used Internet only for a loan.) For example, photos of needed documentation can be uploaded from your tablet or smartphone which is much easier and faster than mailing or overnighting hard copies.
This doesn’t ask about the other people I’ve worked with, Buck & Lauren also assisted. I wouldn’t want them to go unrecognized. Thank you!!!
