I had a very seamless experience on VU’s side of the home buying process. I spent about 6 months working with them to purchase my first home, and throughout that time they went above and beyond in guiding me through each phase of the process.
I went in knowing almost nothing and they were able to answer and explain every question I threw at them. And if there was something they weren’t sure about, they would honestly say they weren’t sure, and would come back to me very soon after with a researched and well thought out answer. Things like that are what help me to gain trust with people, and they succeeded in doing that.Another note is that their website is astonishingly user-friendly. The way they set up their task bar for documents you need to submit or things you have to set up is very easy to navigate and understand.Overall, I’m very pleased with their service, and will definitely be utilizing them again if I ever find myself purchasing another home.
