Smooth refinance!!!! No problems
the only hiccup we encountered was that Georgia requires 2 witnesses at signing. i knew this and arranged for it on my side, but Mason and Josie didnt seem to be aware of it. 50 states and 50 sets of rules, its easy to see how this mix up occured, but maybe making a note of if for GA residents would be helpful for people not as familiar with this as I was.
This whole process was so convenient and worth the time and effort it took. Shannon and her team was awesome to work with! Highly recommend!!
