I would recommend you explain the all the numbers. But this is a great process and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the resources that they provided. It was a very nice process.
I think the lender was fair and didn't discriminate. I would probably use them again. Rachel was a nice blocker from Derek P. I don't really know how to answer or rate this since most of my interactions were with Derek P. and were less than positive. I worry about ways Derek P. will try to retaliate against me with off of the information that I have provided to him.
My only concern is over payment on some of my closing costs that I paid out of pocket
