Jody and Abbey Duley were incredibly helpful with the streamline refi. They had explanations for all of my questions and made the entire process quick and easy. The whole process was so easy, it was nearly enjoyable.

100% recommend Veteran's United. I am so happy we started with them. Homebuying is stressful but VU goes above and beyond to minimize that stress.

Veterans United was amazing overall I have zero complaints. Thank you guys your amazing.

There were a couple of issues that I encountered during the final stretch of my loan and was supposed to have closed on the 27th of May.
First there was no communication on status of all paperwork needed or not received. When I contacted them on the 20th of May to ensure there was nothing on my end that was needed loan officer was not even signed on to laptop to view my case, then stated that had not received necessary info from Title company, so I email Title stated they sent items on the 18th of May. Loan officer never responded so I called left a voicemail on the 24th to inform her that all items were sent the 18th. Called me back within 2 minutes and said that the email was in the junk folder. I was then told that I would not close until the 28th because of this.
On the 27th I received a call from loan specialist stating everything went through and all was good to go to close on the 28th. Well that same afternoon I received a disappointing call from loan specialist stating that they failed to send me the closing disclosure in time and would not be closing until the following Tuesday (Monday was Memorial day) so there went my plans on moving over a 3 day holiday, had to reschedule my time off from work, the utilities, the movers and help from friends. The Loan specialist did say it was his fault for not thoroughly checking but that was it. For this inconvenience I would have liked for them to have offered at least some compensation for the payment of the movers at least.

Veterans United I can't thank you enough. I always dreamed of owning a home. And now I have just that. A home I can see my son grow up and my wife to enjoy. My family loves to travel and come down here to visit which makes it even better. Thank you so much.

Every single employee included in my Veteran's United experience was a dream come true and made my first home buying experience extremely easy!
I wish I knew others that are looking for a home so that I could promote and advise them to have Joseph Bramlett and Nikki Morrison as their realtors.

When others companies were telling us what we can't do, Veterans United told us what we could do, and I have my home today. Thank you for a job well done.
