I have heard stories of lenders that treat you like another applicant, not friendly or just trying to close. Veterans United is A+++ No joke, once you are approved this amazing organization handles the rest. A must for first time home buyers.

It was not a good experience this time buying a home through Veterans United. The ball was dropped many times, and the Loan Specialist refused to take responsibility for it even though it was mistakes made by himself.

I have email proof of the events and encounters I experienced throughout the process and will gladly provide. My loan officer proved to be unethical and dishonest. Sadly, my experience with Veterans United did not end the way in which I had hoped or expected from a company that aims to assist military members and veterans.
