Matt and Annie were wonderful. They both took time to explain what was going on every step of the way. They returned phone calls and emails in a very timely manner. They were both very professional and respectful of my current situation and they took the time to actually listen to what I was saying in order to better serve me. We ran i.to a delay with the closing but they stayed on top of it daily.
Im a planner and Amanda and Taylor helped keep me up to date on every move during this process. The transparency and customer centric experience really personalized the experience for us and we are so appreciative of it as young home buyers still figuring everything out!
