From start to finish on the loan being processed, I could not believe how fast it was coming along. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
We had a good experience overall. Thank you.
The team at Veterans United was great to work with. I knew my credit needed some repairing before I'd be in a position to buy, and they were there to help from the very beginning. I can not say enough about how helpful Kayla was during the credit repair process. She checked in monthly and set goals for me to complete to get my credit where it needed to be. The closer we got to getting to the required number, the more frequent she checked in. She transitioned me to the loan team once my credit score was where it needed to be. Olivia was then my go to person. She was great requesting every little thing needed before our loan was sent to underwriting. The whole team was great to work with and the website made for easy uploading of documents and signing of documents.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. The knowledge and service level made the home loan process entirely hassle free.
I'm extremely happy!
Veterans United was a great company to work with. The entire process of homebuying was very easy with the help of Stephen Bash and the rest of his team. Whenever I needed help or clarification on anything, they were there to answer and help in ways that made things easier to understand. Thank you so much Veterans United for getting me into my forever home.
If you are looking to buy a home Veterans United is the way you go. Thanks so much for helping me get in my new home. I LOVE it!!!!
I would highly recommend Veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home!
I do not recommend Veterans United ever!!! They do not believe in communication, unless it's at the last second or on the date of closing stating they need more information before they can close. This was the most nerve wracking anxiety ridden experience I have ever had to face. I couldn't even give my landlord an exit date till papers were signed. The close date kept changing (extending out), on the actual close date about 3-4 times. I'm just glad we are finally in our new home and don't have to deal with this again, and if so, it won't be through Veterans United.

My advice to other veterans, if your credit is holding you back, they will work with you to repair it. I started my journey with my credit in shambles but due to the lighthouse program and the tenacity at which my Veterans untied loan officer guided me, what seemed like would take years only took a few months. Owning a home seemed like a dream that would never come true but now I'm turning my new house into my family's home.
Nick Law was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable! I am so grateful our real estate agent trusts him and completely understand why!
