This has been by far the easiest home shopping experience I have had. All of the paperwork is online and you’re able to sign via DocuSign, making everything move along fairly quickly. All of the staff is very professional, helpful and they are definitely veteran friendly. I would definitely love to use their services again in the near future.

It made it a little difficult that my veterans united team was in a different time zone, and didn’t find out until after I had an established team that there is a veterans united office where I live. It would have been helpful if veterans united automatically put you in contact with the team closest to you.
