I cannot in good conscience recommend Veterans United. They may do a better job when they are processing a VA loan however since my VA loan is already in use I had to go conventional. They seemed to have a very difficult time staying focused between a VA and a conventional and I even had to remind them a few times that my loan was not a VA loan. However the real silver lining in my case was finding an outstanding real estate agent, Jamel Williams. I HIGHLY recommend Jamel who was always available, nights, early mornings, even weekends!

VU prioritizes you throughout your buying experience. Without their help, my buying experience would have been much more difficult and time consuming.
My overall experience was amazing. The home buying process can be so drawn out and frustrating but the team made everything so much more smoother. I was constantly updated, handled with respect and it felt like everyone truly cared.
Brandon was there every step of the way. It’s was surprisingly easy overall. I would totally recommend him and veterans united. Loved getting the little special touches on too over everything.
