I would highly recommend others to go through Veterans United. The entire processes was made vary easy as well as giving me all the information needed to not feel lost in the process.
it was very helpful having a checklist....my question is why you (lender) don't have one for yourselves...these should of been done early in the process not at last minute....is the property on a well or public water? if a well...what tests are required...is your access road private or public maintained?...if private do you have a maintenance agreement? I was reading an article from a realtor site....said this happens all the time.....seems like a simple fix to me...buying a home is stressful....we don't need any additional stress at the end...thanx..
