All of our communication was always professional and he spoke to me like we had been long time friends. I felt very comfortable asking questions and expressing my concerns. Kyle's knowledge about home purchasing and loan requirements put my worries at ease. I'm glad that I was able to have him as a consultant during this experience. I would definitely recommend him as loan specialist.
The process was fairly smooth with a small hiccup that delayed closing by a month or so. Very favorable rates and terms. I would do business with them again.
Closing process could have been better - notary was not able to assist with questions and almost made several mistakes. Having documents farther in advance to review would have been helpful.
