Awesome company to work with

When other lenders turned me down because of my credit score, Veterans United didn't bat an eye and set me up with an in-house credit specialist (Susan Ripley) who guided me through quickly raising my credit score so I could qualify for a loan. This was especially important because I had 45 days to put in an offer or move out of the unit I had been living in for a decade and I was not prepared at all to purchase a home. The entire team was goal oriented and supportive.





I was disappointed at first but then I became irritated and then just plain mad. There FOUR to many people in this process. None of them knew what was actually happening and most had the wrong understanding of what was expected of them and what the needs of the customer was. I’ve bought over twenty properties in my lifetime while not the worst of the group this was definitely in the bottom twenty percent and I paid you thousands of dollars to do this unexceptionable service to me. I guess I’m to blame for this. No I won’t be putting my name on the line for the group who didn’t take care of there customer. I’m gonna stick to one person deal with one person hold one person responsible. This shot gun affect is a very bad experience.

Having a confusing or disjointed experience—especially with something as important as buying a home—has got to be incredibly frustrating. You’re right to expect more clarity and coordination from us, and I hate that we didn’t deliver that for you.
It sounds like we put too many voices in the mix and didn’t have a clear enough plan for how to support you. That’s on us. The “shotgun” approach you mentioned isn’t how this process should feel, and I’m sorry it left you feeling like no one was truly owning your experience.
