The entire process was very smooth on the end of veterans United. The portal was super user friendly and was a great and quick way to upload and process documents. I love that option. Whitney and Lauren gave us great service. Always answered when we called and did everything they could to help us through this process. We loved our experience with VU.
Overall, a great experience and much smoother than I imagined the process would be going into this huge event. I would highly recommend and I can't begin to think that any other lender would provide this level of service. Thank you!!

I loved the Team i was working with; Wesley, Wade, Sonia and Brendan are great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and are ready to answer any questions you have. One thing i can say is that our process went fast, not like what i was reading online how VA's loans take forever to close, or that the appraisal is not going to be on time, blah blah I am here to tell you it's not true!!! My team expedite everything on time and i close on the date we had agreed on from the beginning of the process, so there was no rescheduling or pushing back the closing date. Everything happened as it should and on time. Don't listen to anyone, ask your team for help and advise. They are more then willing to help you out!!! VU rocks!!!
