From top-to-bottom, my Veterans United team was proficient and their conduct was efficient and flawless at all times. I have zero complaints about my experience with them, and for a man that works in IT Quality Assurance, I hope that is received as very high praise!! Sarah, Kevin, and Jenny all served integral roles in making this a remarkably quick and efficient process. Our communications were frequent, never under or overcommunicating. They worked to ensure the underwriter's needs were met on all points, which proved to be quite an undertaking. Overall, this team was quite an unexpected, yet very welcomed, part of this whole experience. Without a doubt, and without so much as a hint of exaggeration or hyperbole, I give them the highest marks that are possibly obtainable for their part in this very significant, very momentous transition in my life!!
The Veterans United Home Loan and Home Buying Team we were assigned was absolutely amazing. We are grateful to our entire team, and how much they put into us getting into our home. Especially our Real Estate Agent Jenice, none of this would have happened without her. She was an absolute blessing to us, and we would recommend Veterans United and Jenice to everyone we know.
I still can't believe I am in my new home.
My Veterans United team always had a solution whenever there was an obstacle.
My realtor is the real MVP that you don't get to see! Without him I wouldn't be in my new home.
I firmly believe my realtor Johnathan Mills is so smooth he could sell snow to an Eskimo!
A few times during the loan approval process I didn't think I would make it to the finish line, but my loan officer Dawn Plank was having none of that. She was amazing. Dawn Plank and her whole team worked together like a well oiled machine, it was nice to witness in real time. When you look at her client reviews and see all those 5 stars you better believe she knows what she is doing.
Veterans United thank you so much for making my home buying experience a memorable one.
I have had two other houses in the past. This experience has been the most gratifying, because the VA is keeping it promise to take care of there veteran’s. Veteran United is a small, but a big piece of assistance veterans to buy a house. Thanks to all the staff that has worked with me through this process .
My experience with Veterans United was not a good experience at all. I was under two different contracts due to poor communication and bad representation. Not treated like a veteran buying a new home at all .The loan team wanted to see items that did not pertain to my home loan at all leaving me with no benefit of the doubt. It was just a nightmare. Often could not get in touch with loan officer neither could I get a clear understanding on what was going on with my loan process. All they seem to care about is sending more proof of this & that just to push me through their loan process. I was very disappointed to say the least.
Response from Veterans United
I feel this and I'm so sorry. This is completely contrary to the level of attention and care we expect you and every Veteran to experience. We absolutely never want you to feel you’re being pushed through a process- at all. Our Client Advocates are here to get a closer look at your experience. We’ll listen, dig-in and follow up with your loan team as necessary as well. If you have lingering questions or anything else, we’ll help however we can.

Corey and Derrick were amazing in helping us purchase our home.
If you want a good ribeye then go to a buffet; if you want a great ribeye, go to a stake house. If you want a good lender then go to your local bank, but if you want a GREAT lender, go to Veterans United!
A big "Thank You" to Nick, Liz, and Kayla for all their help and guidance.I loved the ease of the "to-do" list and the educational videos about home buying used by VU. As a first-time home buyer, VU made this experience easy and enjoyable.
Bottom line up front, Seth and Jared defines teamwork. I truly appreciate this team taking this journey with me on purchasing my first house. They kept me at ease. They were very transparent form the start and throughout the process. They take care of their Veterans!
Both Ryan and Dalton made the closing process possible they were very helpful overall and were very genuine throughout the whole process which gave me a sense of trust!
Veterans United is a great Loan agency. They took care of everything throughout the process. They made the loan process easy. I would use them again and tell all my friends about them.
In these times, it seems like there’s nobody there to help and everyone’s out for themselves. I find out my experience with Vernal United. It was none of that they were very very good at their job and they help me and I I feel like family and those veterans United. Thank you and God bless.
I felt it would be better to have a full list of to-do's and then cross out some that aren't needed, rather then give 10 and when your done, get 5 more then 8 more then 2 more then 3 more. I was happy I completed them, then got hit again and again. The never ending to-do list.
But Alex was so patient and kept encouraging us to keep going. Thanks Alex!

Besides having to get the repairs done in minimal amount of time to ensure closing on time, I have no complaints. The team was easy to work with, answered all my questions when I had them, and were great about getting back to me whenever I uploaded documents, or texted/called about a question.
The sellers were horrible but Jessica pratt kept in contact with all the updates before our realtor she was definitely my go to. When we had questions she had all the answers we needed!
Both Malachi Goodman and Sam Miller did a very good job establishing our home loan
