These processes for approval are over the top and arduous. I have talked to many lenders including my own bank and asking people for passwords to savings and checking accounts is so intrusive. The terms of the loan however made it worth the long arduous process. Heidi and her team were awesome. I’m glad she was my representative.

Get a realtor who knows VA loans. We went through some crummy ones before veterans United referred us and it made all the difference. A good and knowledgeable realtor can make home buying feel like a vacation!
Veterans United is, hands down, the best! Our entire process was easy and stress free. I was very nervous about buying a home, by the time we closed on our new home, I felt completely relieved. The team we worked with were all so dedicated to our purchase, and their customer service was second to none!
They will blow you off till the last minute and not really give a care. I'd find someone else to use for your home loan.

To first time buyers like myself , it’s scary at first because you don’t know much or enough to buy a home comfortably but the team that was assigned to me had every answer I needed and gave me outstanding customer service and excellent Information and tips. Would recommend to any veteran looking to buy a home and hopefully get them in a house knowing they are in good hands!
