Ryan Phillips was our contract to close representative. I would request someone else if you are assigned to him. Ryan took 2 days to respond to an email if he did at all. He did not answer phone calls or call you if you requested to speak. He did not pay attention what was being written in emails and continued to ask the same questions multiple times bordering on offensive. Our realtor had to explain our closing documents because Ryan would not even though we had requested he do so multiple times.
