This is our fourth home purchase and our second loan with Veterans United. Being a Veteran, Normally Veterans United is excellent to work with but this time the process had a few mistakes, that caused us to have a later than wanted closing date and a lot of undo stress. Going off of this experience, I cannot recommend Veterans United.

If you’re looking for a great team of people to work with I highly recommend Veterans United. From loan approval to the front door. They will be with you all the way, answering your questions, guiding through the entire process. Jaclyn was the best. When it came to gathering documents the check list was clear and and organized in a timely manner. I rate her a 10+. She stayed in contact with me and was always kind and courteous. Veteran's United (VU) even made our realtor say, "They pulled this off in 30 days and that was astonishing". VU didn't keep us in the dark about any of the process; it was smooth and fast. Our team was willing and able to help on those long days , available after hours to answer simple questions if needed. And before closing they offer awesome videos as to what to expect at closing. I recommend watching all of their videos before you begin the process and review them as you enter each step. Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts. After twenty four years of marriage, endless moves, and a barrage of concerns... these two wandering, weary but never wavering Veterans are finally home.
