As a first-time homebuyer, and looking to purchase across the country, I was beyond happy to come across Veterans United and the wonderful resources they had to offer. They set me up with a loan team and even an agent who knew the area I was searching in, and I even had the unique opportunity to work with two different loan specialists, Zachary Nelson and Tyler Chinn. In addition, I knew that I had support from Kristen Bailey, my Loan Coordinator, who helped tie together communication between Tyler, my agent, the other departments within Veterans United, and myself. Lastly, as my closing date neared, I received a wonderful list of all of the necessary utility companies in the area from my Home Concierge, Briana Edler. It made the move-in and settling in process a breeze! Had I known that I would receive such rockstar service, I would have narrowed down my list of potential lenders to EXCLUSIVELY Veterans United!

The process of buying a home should be one that is not taxing on you body and soul. VU treated us like we were family.
We started working with the credit specialist named Stephen Chen in November. We set a goal of be in a home by the summer. On April 22nd 2021 we got the call saying we were ready for the next phase. We closed on our home June 8th, 2021. From start to finish everyone we worked with was awesome and efficient. They communicated every step of they. I would recommend Veteran’s United to very Veteran!
