


Overall the entire process was made to be very easy and stress free which was great! Very easy as a first time home buyer!

Working with my loan team has been great! After my offer was accepted on my future home, Nicole and Jayme worked extremely hard to reach the closing deadline, which came super fast! With this being my first home, these two made the process incredibly easy. 10/10 for sure!

This has made life hopefully easier in many ways. Hopefully, we can get a nice extended trailer as well, but the issue would be it having a very long 'haul' way [bah dum tiss].As stated before, both personnel I worked with were a pleasure. They reflect great values upon Veterans United....and even before that, depending on the elevator in my older high rise was just not so...'uplifting' when it was broken [ba dum tiss].


The automated VU system was very user friendly but made me feel disconnected from speaking to real people and raising my comfort level during such a major transaction. I would also recommend VU reach out to the Veteran occasionally to ask how things are going along the way. This entire event was a nightmare and not once did someone reach out to see how things are going...until now.

Excellent buying experience. Jake Jones was my loan officer and he made the process super easy and communicated on an extremely high level. If you are looking to buy and use your VA benefits this is the place to go. I would definitely use their service again.
