I am glad to be able to provide this feedback.Although this home buying experience has been met with challenges (at no fault of Veterans United) - there is one single person that made this experience as good as it could be and that is Randy Groner. I never had someone provide a level of customer service like he has done for me and my family throughout this process. Randy is truly an invaluable member of your organization. If I ever buy another house in the future I will specifically ask for him over all others.Some examples of how he has went truly above and beyond throughout this experience:
-Randy was available for me at a moments notice at all hours of the day. For example; I have reached out to him early at 5am and late as 11pm and he has responded to my questions. This level of customer service alone is unheard of. I truly felt that he was a part of my family and ensured he tried to do act in the best interest of my family.
- Randy stuck up for me when the sellers agent tried to act in an unethical manner. I felt he was truly more on my side than my own agent. When I say I probably would have just given up on this whole process without Randy - I truly mean it.
-Randy was extremely professional and a subject matter expert throughout this process. Even in the day of closing, which took almost 7 hours (due to the sellers), he remained available and ensured that he did whatever it took to make the process go as smooth as possible. He even spoke with the sellers attorney to ensure that I was protected. I felt he was there with me at the closing table.This sale would not have happened without Randy. Honestly, he was the sole reason it closed because he remained available and remained in mine and my family's corner.Randy from the bottom of the Lehman family's heart, thank you for all that you have done for us. We are truly grateful for you.
This is the second time I have worked with James Walrod and his team. It has been the best experience both times. They take very good care of you during a process that can be very stressful. Everyone went above and beyond; listening to me about and helping me with situations that were not even their responsibility. The biggest thing is I completely trust them. Ten stars is not enough.
Hunter Hukari is the epitome of a perfect loan officer, I truly dont think it could not have went any smoother on the lending end. Even when issues arose they were taken care of quickly and efficiently. We closed on time and I would give them 100 stars!!!

They worked hard to ensure everything was timely, precise, and with good financial numbers (interest, fees, etc).

Justin was fantastic and went above and beyond when it got to crucial hurdles. We used Justin to buy our home in 2022 and stuck with Veterans United to buy our new home, because we wanted to work with Justin again. Hopefully this is our last home purchase; but if it isn’t, we’d go with Justin without a doubt.
