During my initial meeting with Clay, he was both very personable and highly professional. He and Abby kept me engaged by promptly responding to their requests and regularly updating me on the progress. Even when we encountered obstacles, Clay was diligent in resolving issues, going as far as organizing a three-way conference call with me, him, and VA when he wasn't getting the answers he needed.
