They worked hard to ensure everything was timely, precise, and with good financial numbers (interest, fees, etc).
Our loan officer Hiedi and her team were amazing! Communicated well and frequently to make sure we weren’t feeling lost. Always answered questions without over explaining. We felt extremely well prepared and informed on every step of the process.
Proper great team. We were at a loss w with our plans until getting in touch with Seth. He was the start of everything changing for the good. Yeah there was some confusion at the end but everything went better than could have been expected by far. Couldn't have done this without VU.

Overall a great job. However there were last minute requirements that were not brought to the table earlier that should have been. One is the requirement for a Nitrate test when a house is on a well water system.

It was great process overall. I had gotten the pre approval from Clint within a couple hours after we spoke and the experience from there was straight forward. Richard was also great when it came to his part and made the process even quicker. They worked as a team and kept me up to date with everything that was taking place.

My husband and I recently bought our first home, so a good friend recommended Veterans United Home Loans Clarksville to us. Going into the home-buying process, we honestly thought it was going to be stressful, long, and exhausting. Thankfully, it was nothing like we expected.
Dylan was the person who handled our loan, and from our very first appointment, he was great. He really took the time to listen to us, answer all of our questions, and explain things when we didn't understand something. He was always friendly, respectful, and willing to help, even outside of normal business hours. He made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process that sometimes we forgot how big of a process we were actually going through.
We also have to mention Amanda. She was always so kind and helpful, and both her and Dylan kept us updated and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way.
