Outstanding service from start to finish. Michael reached out to me right after I created a Veterans United account and helped us throughout our first home buying experience..There was a period of time that he went on vacation and let me know beforehand, but he continued to check up on us and ensured the electronic paperwork was being tracked. He was never pushy, was patient as we were initially looking from out of state and I cannot say enough good things about him. Top notch customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Veterans United.

I love that they provided so many resources to include the realtor, if you don’t have one, home inspector, movers, even help setting up your utilities in advance. As a previous homeowner, I had most of it covered but it was nice to know they have the resources to help you if needed. They also have a concierge to check in with you to see how things are going and if you have any questions. This is my 4th home and I can say it was the easiest and stress free experience I’ve had. They got me approved right for more than I needed even though my credit took a big hit in recent years. I wasn’t even sure I’d qualify. They really did everything to make this happen and make it easier for me. I have had VA home loans before and it was nothing like this. Thank you all for being so awesome.
