From day one until closing on my home everyone at Veteran's United were professional, supportive, always there to answer a question, and take the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. They worked hard to ensure everything was timely, precise, and with good financial numbers (interest, fees, etc).

Sold off my loan within a week and now I have to deal with extremely long wait times and customer service who hardly speaks english. I will never recommend this company.Once I bought my house I had issues two hours right after signing and VU did nit give a shit nor did they help in anyway. They are money hungry.
