This was our first time purchasing a home and they were they made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision in this major milestone in our life!
Everyone did fine, but when people were out of the office and you got passed on to someone else, communication was not the best on your end, and when the person came back their emails showed that information was not passed between the substitute and the primary. Vacations happen, I get it. There just needs to be a list of something given to the primary, to keep him in the loop.
