I was very impressed with the Team at Veterans United keeping use informed and up to date with entire process, and walking use through all the Documents to get everything done in a timely manner. I would Strongly Recommend a Veteran to use Veterans United for there Home Loan, the Teams there are Incredible.
Alan and his team were great; communicative, quick to respond, fantastic to work with. I would work with him and his team again in a heartbeat.Underwriting and the backend turned what should have been a 4-6 week simple refinance in to a 3 month drawn out affair. Paperwork was wrong on multiple occasions and it took 3 signing attempts to get it done, because names were wrong on official paperwork.I was happy with our overall price and where we ended up, but the fees were considerably higher than competing companies.
Man I can't stop thanking Mr. Joshua Hughes and the Veterans United team for bringing joy into the lives of me and my family members. This dude is the real deal. Honest and on point with every step of the home buying process. He truly is a 5 star General in my book.
