I paid your company a ton of money to get the numbers right and you fumbled the ball through the entire process (which took a while due to the sell of my property) I explained that I did not have more to put down on my veterans united loan than I would be receiving from the sell of my house. Well in the end A drew out a random number down without confirming it with me had the final disclosure on Friday (we signed at the title company the following Monday) did not do his due diligence and did not update the numbers come Monday when he was contacted by the title company. We had such a horrible experience selling our Alaska house and the incompetence on that companies part veterans United did not have to make it worse. In the end I had to come an extra 9k out of my savings to cover closing on my home. This company should take veterans out of their name because they do not care for the veteran community and continued to blame me for their short comings. I will absolutely go out of my way to make sure no one I know or even hear about wanting to use this company does not use them.

I would like to recommend letting new buyers know, verbally, how much they should expect to spend before closing on a home, so they can prepare better.
There was a period of no communication, no return emails or calls for days at a time. During this time it was really frustrating.
