This was my second time buying a home with veterans United, I will for sure go through them again and hope I have the same team helping me.The process they have set up is organized ,user friendly , and professional. The team I that helped me purchase was great and worked well together. When the team works well together it’s easy for others to see that and want to work with them as well. Thank you guys so much for all the help .

Macenzie was super helpful, and in my honest opinion went above and beyond to help me fulfill the dream of owning my own home. Being at this point was never something I saw in the cards for me in life and Macenzie and the entire team went the extra mile to make this all come true for me.
The team provided a seamless, stress-free transition into the new home!
I want to share how positive my overall experience has been with Veterans United. From the very beginning, the process was streamlined and well-organized. After my initial contact, I was reached out to promptly and clearly informed about what to expect moving forward. There were no surprises, no unexpected requirements, and no last-minute changes, which I truly appreciated. Everything was communicated upfront and handled exactly as described. One thing that stood out to me throughout this process was the human element. In a time when so much is automated and driven by systems, AI, and technology, Veterans United managed to balance efficiency with genuine personal connection. At no point did the experience feel cold, detached, or mechanical. I always felt like I was working with real people who cared about the outcome, and that made a meaningful difference to me.I also want to highlight how well the entire team worked together. I did my best to stay responsive and do my part to avoid delays, and the same effort was reflected by everyone involved. The process moved smoothly from start to finish, and that success was largely due to the teamwork and communication throughout. It’s rare for something this significant to come together so seamlessly, and I’m very thankful for that.I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, well under the budget I had in mind, and the financing process was handled without any issues. That’s exactly how this process should work, and Veterans United delivered on that expectation.Having bought and sold three properties, this will be my final home purchase, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how it was handled. I’m genuinely happy, excited, and grateful to be a customer. I feel well taken care of, confident in the process, and truly in good hands moving forward.Thank you for making this experience such a positive one.Thank you and you're tire team for the Home Warming Gift as well! I am still sorting through it!
They went above and beyond for us, highly recommend.
With all the people checking in, and guiding me along the way I actually didn't feel confused at all once through the process. It was also the most simple and easy to use process we've dealt with buying a house.
Outstanding on every front
Hannah, Marina, Travis, Steph and Emily were all great. Loved working with them. Will 100% recommend them for any veteran or active duty family!

Heidi, Annie, and the rest of the team were outstanding. As a vet and first time buyer this experience was a little nerve racking but they helped me every step of the way
I like how the process works especially for first time home buyers. Kenny and his team are amazing at their work and able to communicate back and forth with me. From the time of submitting all the necessary paperwork 'til the end, it was a lot to work with. Everything was a smooth sail, but the underwriting process needed to be at least 2 weeks prior to the closing date. I was working with at least a week, starting from the weekend, but was notified to submit extra paperwork such as a name issue that was a letter off. That took about a few days to complete, but requesting for an expedite process took some time. I didn't get a free to close until the day before my closing date. That was stressful because I had multiple plans and took Leave for my closing date. However, we are overall happy that we were able to complete the entire process on time!
