Before I say anything else… if you’re buying a home, CALL MATT!!I seriously cannot recommend Matt Rice enough. Buying a house is stressful, confusing, and honestly a little overwhelming, but Matt made the entire process so much easier. He is one of the kindest, most patient people I’ve met, and I genuinely don’t know how he put up with us sometimes 😂My husband had approximately 5,000 questions about every single little detail, and I was constantly thinking of random questions at the worst times. We’d call Matt out of nowhere, and somehow he ALWAYS picked up. I actually started feeling bad because I swear a couple of times it sounded like we interrupted him in the middle of eating! But not once did he make us feel like we were bothering him. He would stop what he was doing, answer every question, explain everything in a way that made sense, and never rushed us off the phone. That level of dedication is so hard to find these days.What really stood out to me wasn’t just how knowledgeable he is. It was how much he genuinely cared.
