Other services are offered, but never pushed. We took advantage of the homeowners insurance that was offered because the product was explained clearly and was actually at a better price than what I received while comparing quotes.

Overall very good experience. Didn’t appreciate being told we were cleared to close on two separate occasions and then being told we needed to provide additional info and connect an additional account.

Great help and communication throughout the whole process. They were there for me to address any concerns and to navigate what turned out to be a more complicated process.
All the things I needed to do were outlined quickly, however, speaking to someone seemed like it took a long time. Not that I expect someone to be at my beck and call, but if someone sends me an email or text at say, 1000, and I respond at 1001, I'd expect to get a fairly quick response. Sometimes I'd be waiting a few hours mid conversation. Just sometimes though.
