If you’re looking for a VA loan, look for someone local to where you live. This is my second time using Veterans United and also my last. My first experience with them, about 5 years ago, went relatively smooth. This time however was the worst experience ever. I’m assuming that the company has taken on more loans than they can successfully handle and they stay way behind on what’s needed from the VA in every aspect of the loan. Then when they do ask for something and you give it to them, they ask for it again. Communication within the working groups seems to be an issue. I do not recommend using this company and would suggest you check out banks our lenders where you can talk to someone face to face.
