Communication between the team seems to be the only thing that is negative.

Dealing with VU was relatively easy, all from the comfort of your home/office. Challenges and uncertainties we had with VU were not seeing the VU staff, wondering the validity or reality of the business and/or staff. Offering zoom meets would have improved these uncertainties and improve the client connection experience. Perhaps looking to the future, establishing VU remote locations throughout the States not only offers more staff availability but perhaps locations some clients may be willing or able to do business in person.
For example, USAA is primarily an online bank but does have a few remote locations that clients can access in person if they choose. This is a nice option to offer.

When the buyer doesn't have a realtor, communicate appraisal results with the buyer . Not just with seller. The seller notified me of the appraisal results before Veterans did and after the 3 day window.
