(Shout out to Daniel Perry & Bailey Ward for being so great!). Getting a mortgage isn't a simple process but between our loan team giving us constant updates and accurate timelines / deadlines it made the process go really smoothly.Also the interface for Veterans United is great. It's incredibly simple to upload documents, review important disclosures, sign paperwork when needed from any computer or phone. It made our process go very smoothly and quickly! We can't recommend Veterans United enough, the rates were great, everything is upfront and honest and everyone wants to help you get your loan approved and into your new home.

Very helpful and easy to communicate with. Answered all my questions and bent over backwards to help us close on the date even though we had to change to a different house.
One of the members of my team, Jenny, kept reaching out to me for paperwork that the buyers title company was supposed to produce. It would have been better to reach out to them instead of me as I'm not familiar with this stuff. Otherwise, Mike and the team pulled together and took care of business to make sure we closed on time. Great job all around to everyone involved.
